During summer, the FunPark is open every day from 09:00 to 20:00. The start of the last game is 19.00 hours, regardless of the type of ticket you have. In the event of a Second-degree Storm Alarm on Lake Balaton, the FunPark will be closed and the Operator will determine the opening hours after the Storm Alarm has been revoked or downgraded.

Use of the FunPark is only allowed for guests between 110 and 210 cm in height. Guests under or above these sizes are not allowed, even at their own risk.

Rules of participation:

• Children under the age of 4 are not allowed to participate in the game.
• Children between the ages of 4-7 can only play in the FunPark under the direct supervision of an accompanying adult (within the area of the course). In such cases, the adult who accompanies the child must also buy a ticket.
• Children between the ages of 7 and 14 may only play in the FunPark under the supervision of an accompanying adult. In such cases the adult must watch closely the child, but he doesn’t need to accompany him on the course, nor does he need to buy a ticket.
• Persons over the age of 14 can participate in the game on their own, with the purchase of a ticket.
• The User or, in the case of minors, the legal representative or accompanying adult must declare his / her knowledge of swimming.
• The User or, in the case of minors, the legal representative or accompanying adult must fill out and sign the Individual Declaration of Responsibility.

• Prior to using the water FunPark the User is obliged to fill out and sign the Individual Declaration of Liability, filling in his/her name, mother’s name, address, date of birth (year / month / day) and e-mail address (optional). An identity document must be presented to the staff to prove that the filled in information is correct.  (It’s a good idea to pre-fill this to save time on the spot)
• By filling out and signing the Individual Declaration of Liability the User acknowledges that he will use the FunPark at his own risk and only with the equipment provided by the operator, and that for the equipment provided for use (life jacket) he is financially responsibility.
